Nobody in the case says the word trap at the beginning. Trap is a word people use afterward, when they need the story to sound simpler than it felt while they were walking into it. In this episode, He Qing is not simply following hidden crash survivors; He Qing is learning the local grammar of a mountain town erased from official maps. The grammar is made of black-box audio, boarding announcements, room numbers, survivor keepsakes. Each detail seems harmless by itself, but together they create a sentence nobody wanted spoken aloud. The line that stays in the air is: "The first minutes of "Cleared for Takeoff" do not move quickly because the case itself refuses to move quickly. In the town th
