S17E02: The Empty Sled
Kira and Vik followed beacon stakes through whiteout. The freight sled sat beside the crevasse, empty, its cargo clamps closed around nothing. Pavel's tracker hung beneath the chassis. The sled battery was warm. Its log had been erased, but frost preserved a rectangular outline on the deck, the dimensions of an ice-core crate. At the crevasse edge, blue packing foam clung to a rope.
