Nobody in the case says the word trap at the beginning. Trap is a word people use afterward, when they need the story to sound simpler than it felt while they were walking into it. In this episode, Liang Zhi is not simply following true-crime confession trap; Liang Zhi is learning the local grammar of a podcast studio built on edits and audience trust. The grammar is made of waveforms, dead air, livestream chat, anonymous confession files. Each detail seems harmless by itself, but together they create a sentence nobody wanted spoken aloud.
