S04E07: Before the Light Goes Out

The night keeps giving them chances to stop. A closed door. A bad timestamp. A voice that should not be there. Each warning looks, for one second, like a reason to go home. In this episode, Lin Lan is not simply following radio evidence on a haunted coast; Lin Lan is learning the local grammar of Wushi Lighthouse, sea caves, and the storm channel. The grammar is made of salt static, reversed broadcasts, foghorns, wet stone, missing names. Each detail seems harmless by itself, but together they create a sentence nobody wanted spoken aloud. The line that stays in the air is: "The first minutes of "Before the Light Goes Out" do not move quickly because the case itself refuses to move quickly. I
