Evelyn traced Courtroom Four's audio to a renovation completed fifteen years earlier. A retired jury room still existed behind the records gallery, hidden by shelving and connected to the same microphone bus. Inside they found a microphone, a water glass, and nine numbered vote cards. Card nine bore a fingerprint in dried ink. Cole had listened to deliberations from behind the wall and marked his own verdict.
